Take the Gloomwald Crossing riftgate, then head east a bit and look for the cave. The Den of Carraxus is located at the northeast corner of Gloomwald, behind a building. The first is used to destroy the blockage in the Burrwitch Estates, which opens the road to Gloomwald.
